GHL Automation Specialist


Job Posting: GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (Remote, Experienced Only)

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to join our team and support Bronlo. This role involves building, optimizing, and managing automations for our business and our clients. If you have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and can translate business needs into funnels and automations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing automations and workflows within GoHighLevel for Zen Autopilot and Bronlo.

  • Building funnels, automations, and CRM integrations for both our internal use and our clients.

  • Understanding client needs and translating them into effective GoHighLevel strategies.

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients regarding their automations.

  • Customizing GoHighLevel features such as triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and AI assistants.

  • Ensuring seamless integrations with external tools and marketing platforms.

  • Keeping up with GoHighLevel updates and implementing best practices.


What We’re Looking For:


✅Proven experience with GoHighLevel (this is NOT an entry-level role).

✅Strong understanding of funnels, workflows, triggers, and automation.

✅Experience with CRM setups, lead management, and AI-driven automations.

✅Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine existing automations.

✅Excellent communication skills – you must be able to explain GoHighLevel options to clients in simple terms.

✅Experience working remotely with strong time management and self-organization skills.

Compensation:

Pay will be discussed privately based on experience and skill level.

This role will start on a project basis—we want to see how you perform in helping us with our automations before discussing a long-term position.

However, we are ultimately looking for someone full-time to become an integral part of our team. If you excel in this role, there will be an opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time position.
